I had many learning experience in my life; but some much more memorable than others. I am so grateful that I have the ability to learn many things and be able to keep it as a memory in my life that I will cherish forever.
Recently, my high school's Broadcast Journalism and Film Crew expanded our knowledge, skills and passions to somewhere outside of our box. At the Student Television Network (STN) held in Anaheim, California was were I got to learn more about my still-deciding career in life. It also helped me get better with my passion. Writing and speech. The many boot-camps, sessions and competition helped me grow as a better speaker, reporter and a better team player. I was able to experience and learn more about the journalism industry and get a hands-on try to experiencing on what its like. The trip was really fun!
My visual ideal school is somewhere safe, fun, organized, and somewhere were everybody has the chance to grow and learn with my diverse classmates.
I believe that my best way to learn is visual and being able to try it myself.

Journal #31
I have grew to love and hold many passion in my life. As I grew up, I learned to discover that each one has its own reasoning and special experiences. But one of my passion I hold dear in my heart is writing and speech.
Writing has been a major part of my life starting from an early age. Being inspired by my older sister's diaries from her emotional, tragic teenage years I decided to pick up a pen and a piece of paper and started writing. From short imaginary stories to writing about my day I noticed my writing grow stronger and stronger.
Speech has been discovered when I was in elementary school. I really am comfortable speaking to my fellow classmates and teachers about my work, and that's where writing ties into it too. Also I have won 1st place in a speech festival about a poem about a principal not going to school. It was a funny poem, but I had a great experience speaking out using my voice and creativity.
As I have matured in my years of education and finding out my true passion I would take on more in my life, I have discovered broadcast journalism. I know I have great potential in speech because voice overs being used in my video stories produced I like to use the strength and rhythm of my voice.

i Believe Essay
I believe we should appreciate our past. We should always look back on our past of experience, growth and acceptance. Each and every day we learn better ways of living and loving.
We all have dreams. We all have goals. We all have only one life to live. We, as humans wish to live life to the fullest and to be successful. I bet that every once in a while we lay down in our beds thinking about how are lives are and what we see ourselves doing in the future. Maybe we don’t think about our far future but we think about the new tomorrow ahead of us when we wake up to a new day. Planet earth keeps on moving no matter what and that’s why we all look to the future. The future is near and it’s going to happen no matter what, so we need to live in the moment of each second in life.
But I realize that people are living too much in the future. They want this, they want that and they won’t care about anything until the day they get what they want. People are becoming more selfish of themselves that don’t live in the future nor present nor even past.
Every night when you go to bed and wake up in the morning, realize that of every second you are asleep, you fall asleep leaving a past of that early day. And the day before that and every day since you actually were brought out into this world. Every second you lived before the second you live now is your past.
Everyone has a past. Whether its a good or bad past, every one still leaves one. I believe that the past makes us who were are today and without, basically how would life be? I know that everyone makes mistakes and goes through something very tragic. We all learn how to rise above from it and we grow stronger and stronger from the mistakes we make each and everyday. Without our past, we don’t learn and we don’t have a story to think about that will make us even stronger. And even telling our stories from our past to each other, maybe give them glimpse of life and how they can handle to deal with something in their lives.
I believe it’s not true when people say to let go your past. The people and the things we all grow up with; It should stay in our hearts as long as we live because as we mature into each day, we all have something to appreciate and that is the people who made a difference in our lives and the things that make us happy. Even though it’s bad and it just breaks your heart every time you think about it, you can still be happy of where you are now and how you grew from it.
Basically our past gives us the strength, growth and acceptance we need to live life today with better ways of living and loving. We need to appreciate it even more because I believe that our past is important and it makes us who we are today.

I forgot to mention that i changed my greek mythology to Demeter, the goddess of Harvest.
Her myth was when her daughter was kidnapped by Hades and was made queen of the underworld while her mother's graden died because the lost of her daughter.

The Art of Fireworks
Fireworks on New Year's Eve has been a popular tradition for many years in Hawaii Nei. As local residents go crazed at supermarkets, they do whatever it takes to pay for their fireworks by standing in line for hours just to go home to family and friends to light up the streets and the night sky with bright, popping pyrotechnics.
Smoke fill the open air throughout the New Year's Eve night. It is true that residents bleat about how much pollution the fireworks create in one evening, but for this one special night of the last day of the whole year the fireworks smoke is worth burning for.
Accidents and deaths of the fireworks rush local citizens to the Emergency room leaving some in critical and even dreadful conditions. The opportunity none like the mainland to have the privilege of popping fireworks, local residents should take the advantage of being responsible, cautious people while we handle these hazardous explosives. On top of that it clearly states on the box or package to use under close supervision outdoors and other careful warnings.
Above all, New Year's Eve is a time of togetherness and merriment with family and friends. It is such great fun and diversion of being able to blow this art of fireworks here in our state.
